Teanne was found by a tourist a nearby village, he was about 3 years old (a baby) and had a gangrenous shotgun wound that has taken most of the skin of one side of his torso and had broken his arm. The smell from the gangreen was foul beyond words and could be smelt from about 15 metres distance. It was assumed his mother had been shot by foresters or miners planning t sell him as a pet but had abandoned him in the village.
Yenni and Made the FNPF vets work tirelessly to save him also in these photos you can see the British nurse who found him, Yen and Kasri and many of the other FNPF staff all fighting for Teanne’s life.
Sadly Teanne died a few hours after the last of these photos was taken
